Chart of Accounts (COA) Update – Effective July 1, 2025
As of July 1, 2025, the University has officially implemented a new Chart of Accounts (COA) structure to strengthen financial reporting, enhance transparency, and support more effective budgeting across all departments. This update reflects current best practices in higher education financial management.
The COA Cross-Walk provides a detailed breakdown of all active fund, organization, account, program, activity, and location codes currently used in the University’s financial system. It also includes a reference guide that maps legacy accounts to the new COA structure, helping ensure a seamless transition for all financial transactions.
